GARMENT CARE
- Please note that our jumpers can smell like vinegar when they arrive. This is the fixation smell, it does fade and will wash out.
- Wash in 30 Degree Cold Wash cycle with like colours.
- Do not Tumble Dry
- Iron inside out. If you iron the print directly you will melt the print onto your iron
- There is a <6% Shrinkage. Bear this in mind when purchasing
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
At Orbit, each item is made to order with care and attention. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges if a customer has purchased an incorrect size. Please check our size guide carefully before placing your order.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault or has been damaged in transit, please follow these steps:
- Notify us by email within 10 days of receiving your order.
- Provide clear photographs showing the fault or damage.
- Once approved, we will arrange a replacement of the same item at no additional cost to you.
Please note:
- Items will only be replaced if they are deemed faulty or damaged.
- We do not offer refunds, only replacements, for faulty items.
- Claims made after the 10-day period cannot be accepted.
WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
This product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
As all of our products are made to order, please allow up to 8 working days for your order to be produced and dispatched. We always aim to deliver your items sooner where possible, and most orders are shipped before this timeframe. During busy periods, production times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always do our best to keep you updated. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Please note that orders placed outside of the UK may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.
